Fidenti really are great at what they do. We tend to deal with Nicky mostly. If it wasn’t for his knowledge I would have never got onto the housing ladder. We literally tried 4 or 5 advisors before finding Fidenti who, thankfully, had the right knowledge and experience to help where others couldn’t. They don’t move your deal or provider if it’s not the best deal for you, even if it means missing out on their commission. There are times I’ve even dealt with Nicki on a Sunday via WhatsApp as he knows my job doesn’t give me the same free time as many others. They run a very trustworthy, personable, friendly and knowledgeable service and I know I’ll be going back to them far into the future, as well as recommending them to anyone who needs a professional mortgage advisor.
