Worked with Matt and was extremely impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. Despite the lenders being difficult Matt persevered, however Halifax dragged the process out so long that circumstances changed and we had to pull out of the purchase. I lay that blame solely with Halifax as Matt worked really hard and really efficiently to try and get us a good deal and despite not getting a mortgage in the end I still felt Fidenti deserve a 5 star review. I will be using them again when I am in a position to buy once more.
